Published in 1912 this was the author’s first full length book. Early chapters are planned to give a firm foundation for the study of the Bible. The full inspiration of the Bible is considered and supported. Terms are explained, and it is shown that while each book has been written with a purpose and has instruction for all, yet each has a particular application to certain people.
With this basis the author exhibits how the Bible reveals the purposes of God, which are seen to have earthly as well as heavenly implications, and need to be carefully compared with traditional doctrines. A book that will be useful and absorbing from spiritual infancy to manhood.
